These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and be365. By registering an account or using any service on be365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the be365 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). be365 is operated in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the be365 Platform.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on be365. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify be365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
be365 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
be365 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
be365 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All content on the be365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of be365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the be365 Platform without the prior written consent of be365.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, be365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
be365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. be365's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination of an account for cause, be365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed at the account holder's request (and not for cause) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the be365 Platform shall first be submitted to be365's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
be365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, be365 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the contact information on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
